FILDEST DIGEST DARAH DOMBA (must in order!!!)

R/ NaCl fisiologis                                                               150 ml

     HCl pekat                                                                        6 ml

     Sheep blood defibrinated                                                50 ml

     Pepsin                                                                             1 g

Inactivated in waterbath 55°C several hours (±2 jam)

Check pH with NaOH 10N (± 7.4)

Sentrifuse 5000 rpm, 15 menit

Filter 0.45 µm

Add to culture medium and sterilized with filter 0.22 µm
